H&MA Real Estate Development was founded in 2019 by Engineer Ayatulla A. Aming, a leading real estate development company specializing in both commercial and residential projects. Designer’s Engineering Consultancy (DEC), a successful sister company, was later founded in 2023. DEC provides professional services in architectural design, structural and civil engineering, project management, and technical consultancy, emphasizing efficiency, constructability, and value engineering.
Today, Designer’s Engineering Consultancy (DEC) and H&MA Real Estate Development serve as the main contractors for small to medium-sized projects, offering quality and personalized innovative design for individuals and businesses.
